Trial Class Booking

I want to attend a trial group class to experience authentic Hatha Yoga!

Class Recommendation

For Beginners or Returning Practitioners (after injury or long gap of practice):

  • Monday 7pm-8pm Hatha Yoga (B),
  • Tuesday 11am-12pm Hatha Yoga (B),
  • Thursday 9.45am-10.45am Hatha Therapy,
  • Friday 7pm-8pm Hatha Yoga Stretch or
  • Saturday 5.30pm-6.30pm Hatha Yoga (B).

For All Others: All classes on the class schedule except Hatha Ananda advanced class on Saturday morning.


I understand that a trial class is $25, but will be complimentary if I sign up for a group class package.
