- Thursday 9.45am-10.45am Hatha Therapy,
- Friday 7pm-8pm Hatha Yoga Stretch or
- Saturday 5.30pm-6.30pm Hatha Yoga (B).
For All Others: All classes on the class schedule except Hatha Ananda advanced class on Saturday morning.
