Personal Classes

Personal classes are for those with special requirements, and are conducted at Yoga Vihara by our teachers or therapists with utmost care and attention. House visits are also available for an additional charge.

There are two main categories of personal classes, depending on your individual requirements.

Each personal class is 45 minutes to an hour long, tailored to your specific requirements and preferences. Also recommended for time-squeezed executives or frequent fliers who prefer the personal attention and time-flexibility of personal classes.
